Our goal is to build great relationships and help you make informed decisions about your oral health!
Hi there, I'm Dr. Kollen (rhymes with pollen!)...
But, I also go by “Dr. Scott”. I grew up in Pitt Meadows BC, spending most of my teen years playing basketball. I then moved to Vancouver for 9 years while I finished my undergrad and dental degrees at the University of British Columbia. After graduation, I practiced in small town Comox on Vancouver Island for a couple years before heading across the Rockies to Calgary.
I love being a dentist because I get to meet so many people and help them find the right solutions for their oral health needs. Bridgeland Crossings is an amazing place to practice because of how awesome and supportive our team and the community are, and because of all the cool technology we have that makes our patients' experiences great. Ever been confused by what a previous dentist was trying to explain to you about a condition or procedure? Well, I love using our iPad animations and cool 3-D imaging software to help simplify that conversation!
Outside the clinic...
You’ll usually find me outdoors: either hiking, snowshoeing, skiing, mountain biking, flyfishing, or on a cold water surf trip on the Pacific coast. If I'm inside, I’m probably working out, playing basketball, swimming, cooking up a big meal, or trying a new craft beer!
Hi, I'm Kailey!
I love being a dental assistant, there are never two days that are the same. I love that our industry is always changing, technology is always improving, and there is always something new to learn. It is a great feeling knowing we are helping every patient achieve their needs whether it's a beautiful smile or improving their overall oral health.
I have been Dr. Scott Kollen's assistant since he moved to Calgary and I feel very lucky to be apart of such a kind, caring, and compassionate team.
When I'm not working, you'll find me...
Traveling, enjoying the mountains, attending country music festivals with friends, or going on adventures and enjoying the countryside with my puppy.
